Michigander (aka Jason Singer’s) “Stolen“ is a beautifully crafted, intense indie track about love and heartbreak that’s still so off the radar. We like it very much and been listening to it regularly since we discovered it. So, it was but natural that it became our first choice for our first official Music Bloggers Network created – Lyric Music Video debut.
For the video, we used footage from “That Night”, a sweet coming of age movie from 1992 directed by Craig Bolotin and starring C.Thomas Howell, Juliette Lewis and the debut of Eliza Dushku. It a poignant little love story that you must all watch too.
Let us know if you like it as our new lyric video initiative is intended to highlight underrated artists/bands and (still) unappreciated movies while promoting original content produced by the Music Bloggers Network on YouTube and other channels.
Please remember to like, comment, share and most importantly subscribe to our YouTube channel where you can find awesome playlists meticulously curated and updated regularly by us.

Stolen by Michigander: Lyrics
There’s a distance, and it’s calling me
But I’m wishing, that it’d leave me be
So you took his keys, and you stole his car
But you’re hoping now, you haven’t gone too far
You don’t know what love is
Till it’s stolen from ya
You don’t know what love is
Till it’s stolen from ya
(don’t let me go)
Now you’re searching, to find a way out
And you’re looking, but enough till now
And I’m hoping that you know I just can’t let go of the past
I keep holding on, but please don’t let me go
You don’t know what love is
Till it’s stolen from ya
You don’t know what love is
Till it’s stolen from ya
